The Elizabethville Volunteer Association is making final preparations for the 2011 Halloween parade.  Each year the parade continues to grow and the planning committee has to make adjustments to improve the overall enjoyment for the residence of Elizabethville. 
 
This year, there a few changes you need to note: The parade route and the location of the judge's stand will change.  Registration will still be held at the Upper Dauphin High School parking lot which will also be the route start place. 
 
 
The route will run south on Church St, turn left on Main St continue through the square and then turn left on N Collier, then turn left on E. Broad, passing over Market Street and continue down W. Broad Street. The judge's stand will be relocated to W. Broad St in front of the Patriot Building.  The parade will conclude at Callowhill St.  For ease of disbursement, the walkers will turn right onto Callowhill St and go to the High School while the floats will continue down W.
