Passion is Contagious - Infect Somebody!
If you spend any time with me you will learn pretty quickly that I am a very passionate person.   Passion is something I've written about in the past, but I want to talk to you about another aspect of passion.
Passion is contagious.  We live in a pretty passionless world, and I find that terribly sad.  Passion gives you a tremendous power that you might not sense when you're just going through the motions of life. 
A few years ago, I was visiting an electrical client.  I was also a Realtor at that time, and then just like now, I owned two companies.  One was an electrical contracting company and the other was a real estate business.  During our conversation, I began talking about real estate.  I'm very passionate about the real estate field.  So, it just oozes out of me when you get me talking about it.
In that conversation, my electrical client got more and more excited about real estate the longer we talked.  She was employed at the time.  So, she wasn't looking for a job.  A short time later, I received a call from her.  She asked if I thought she could make it as a Realtor.  ... more
