The top things buyers are looking for this year are of course price and location.  However, in Milton, GA, they are also interested in the schools and many times the golf and additional ammenities come into play.  As a luxury home specialist, it is my duty to be sure that I understand what the buyers are really in search of since many are not quite sure themselves.
The top things buyers are looking for this year are really no different than ever before.  However, with interest rates being at an all time low, you are seeing many people taking the opportunity to move up to a gated, luxury or golf home community.
The top things buyers are looking for this year that are somewhat more of a concern than in years past are vicinity to workplace and/or places of worship or activities they are active in.  In the past, these were not such large factors but with gas being so costly, increased traffic and less time for enjoyment, buyers are looking for ways to achieve some more life balance.
