World Series starts Tonite- Rangers vs. Cardinals
     The Fall classic begins tonite in St.L when the home team Cardinals take on the Texas Rangers. Games 1 and 2 are in St.Louis and games 3 thru 5 are in Texas. This should prove to be a fairly even match up as both teams can hit and pitch ! For the Cardinals slugging firstbaseman Albert Puljos could be the difference maker. He is truly the greatest player of the past decade. And Cardinal pitcher Chris Carpenter has put together a strong second half where he has been dominant and lites out !
       The Rangers have a excellent hitting team without any weakness in the starting lineup ! Their starting pitching is good and they revamped their bullpen just for the post season. Josh Hamilton is their marqee player although Michael Young was the season MVP and Nelson Cruz has been on a record setting playoff pace ! It could easily go the complete 7 games and I'm going to pick Texas in seven ! What say you ?
