This graphs shows home sales for single family homes in Hilliard schools for  the past 15 months. The light green bars are Hilliard homes for sale.  The dark green bars are Hilliard home sale. 
September 2011 home sales were slightly better than September 2011, 58 sales vs. 55 a year ago.  The number of homes for sale was down slightly too, 505 compared to 520.

Hilliard home sales were up 5.5% from September 2011 sales.  The number of homes for sale in Hilliard schools was down 2.9% from a year ago.
