Bellingham Neighborhood Homes - King Mountain Neighborhood in Bellingham
King Mountain Neighborhood lies northeast of downtown and out near the Cordata and Bellis Fair Mall area but east of the Guide Meridian. As a result of a recent annexation into the City of Bellingham, there is some new construction going on in this Bellingham Neighborhood. As one goes up the hillside there are some homes with great city, Puget Sound and mountian views. However, most of the new homes are at the foot of the hill near Bakerview and are not "view" homes. As of the middle of June 2011, there are 6 homes for sale in this Bellingham Neighborhood. The low price is $229,900 and the high is $4,500,000 (development property).  The median price is $699,950. These numbers are a little misleading at the moment as three of the six currently listed properties are high end. This area extends out into the county a little ways and some of these high end properties have development potential those the high prices on the homes with land in this up coming neighborhood. It is actually a mid price range area.
