“That was a cute video”
“It was entertaining; I watched it over and over”
 
Reviews like this have its benefits. We can feel good about putting together a video that is appreciated by those that respond. But there are loose ends to this thinking. Here are a few problems with this sort of review.
Not everyone is completely honest about what they saw. Not everyone will respond with a review. The viewer may like and dislike parts of the video.

The "Hot Spot" feature tells you which parts of your video are hot and which are cold by looking at bounce and rewind rate to videos of a similar length. At any time point in the video, you can see if more or less viewers are dropping off than on average.
