Thankful for some free time to plant a winter garden in Haiku Maui HI
With the poor economy and the slow real estate market here on Maui, it has left me and other Maui Realtors with some extra time in the week when we would have been out with buyers looking at properties for sale.  I'm not complaining, but rather happy to have some free time.  
We have so many wonderful tools to assist us in helping our clients, and our industry is always embracing new technology to make our jobs easier.  DocuSign is a paperless internet signing service provider that greatly speeds up turnaround times on client signatures.  The Maui MLS information is available in our mobile devices and smart phones.  Digital cameras take wonderful pictures with instant results, and minimal cost.  Communication is lightning fast.  All this convenience also leaves us with more time to hone our tech skills, or do more prospecting for future clients.  Or blogging for business.
What do I do with all the extra time?  Seriously, you can only work so much and then you need to change gears just for your peace of mind.  All work and no play.... you know how that ... more
