River Vale New Jersey saw Two homes closing in the popular town as the Fall real estate market marches on and children settle into school. The list to sale price differential hovered around the 94% mark. This indicates that homes are both being priced well and selling within 6% of their asking price and that the popularity of this town is still going strong. The average Sold price was $460,500 (down significantly from last month) for the upscale town of River Vale NJ. The two homes that sold were a 3 Bedroom Ranch that sold for $389,000 and a 4 Bedroom Split Level that sold for $582,000.

River Vale NJ is amongst the 8 Pascack Valley towns of Bergen County New Jersey and it's lush park-like character has prompted it to be known as the "Garden Spot" of the Pascack Valley. This small tight knit community is constantly changing to keep up with the times while maintaining that very desirable small town feel.
