MARKET UPDATE  and Report for MANCHESTER NH for week 2 NOVEMBER 2011 As you will see the market picked up in the 2nd week of November. Listing came up this week but so did sales. With 8 more listings than last week there were 7 more sales which is a good balance. Alot of people ask what do market updates mean? Basically this is a snap shot form week to week. I wanted to take the stats and break them down for you. So sit down and enjoy them a please email me any questions on my report or buying or selling a home in New Hampshire.* Currently there are 539 properties for sale in MANCHESTER NH * There were 33 new listings from 11/8/2011-11/15/2011, That is  8 MORE than in 11/1/20-11/7/2011 * There were 13 properties put under contract from 11/8/15-11/15/2011, That is  1 LESS than in 11/1/20-11/7/2011  * There were 7 properties that Closed from 1011/8/15-11/15/2011, That is  6 MORE than in 11/1/20-11/7/2011   IN CONCLUSION Where the early fall market showed a decline in the market, as soon as the weather improved we shoed a sharop increase in market activity. Listings had been down 30% however we have seen a slight increase in homes coming on the market that have been equalled out by an increase ... more
