New Seller Consultation Service Offered To Reduce Listing Time

Gold Coast Inspections of Coral Springs is now offering a "Seller's Survey" in efforts of identifying defects that may show up on a Buyer's inspections report.  This informal walk-thru conducted with the homeowner allows the owner to view the property from the eyes of the potential buyer and buyer's inspector.
"This is a valuable service to the homeowner," states David Manley, Owner of Gold Coast Inspections, " it allows the seller to become aware of defects associated with the home, and address them prior the the seller inspection without having the formality of a full written report."
With inventory as a staggering level and the average listing sitting on the market for over six months, sellers need all the help they can get.  This non-invasive walk-thru allows the homeowner to walk the residence with the inspector, taking notes as the inspector probes various systems and components.
