November 2011 Real Estate Market Report - Lafayette High School - Wildwood Missouri
 
17 homes sold in the Lafayette High School area in the month of November.  November YTD sales of 264 are running 10.5% behind last year’s year-to-date sales of 294.
The average sale price in November was $412,676 and that number was up 18% from $349,689 October 2011.
Total inventory of properties available for sale as of November was 234 down 8.6% from 256 last month.  Average days on market for November was 102 which was up 8.5% from 94 days the previous month.
