Many people come to Katy and invariably, I always hear "what about Cinco Ranch"?It's pretty tough to keep Cinco Ranch a secret, not that anyone would want to, but it's been growing and developing for over 20 years now.
 
Having started with 5,000 acres back in 1984 and having grown within the last few years to include an additional 2600 acres.  This masterplanned community by Newland Development is now stretched over 7600 acres and enveloped another subdivision, GRAND LAKES.  Canyon Gate at Cinco Ranch, while titled with the Cinco Ranch moniker is not an actual part of the Cinco Ranch development and is often confusing to home buyers looking to buy in the area.
