Pending Residential Listings (in escrow): 257 (up from 250  15 days ago)
Closed Residential Listings Year To Date: 1,910   (up from 1,847  15 days ago and 1,858 10 days ago)
Closed Residential Listings Month To Date: 18 (for November 2007 only)
Closed Residential Listings Previous Month:   157 (October 2007)
