Closed another South Florida Short Sale
Closed another South Florida Short Sale on December 30th, my last Short Sale closing for 2011. It was another smooth Short Sale closing - oh how I love it when I can report that I sold a Short Sale after negotiating the sale for my distressed Sellers and it all worked out nicely!
The Sellers received an offer within 9 days and received Short Sale approval in less than 30 days.  The Inspections went fine The Appraisal came in on the dot at the Sales price The Buyer received their loan approval These are noted characteristics that I pray for with each Short Sale Closing.
