Kensington, Knoxville TN is situated along Northshore Road heading west from Rocky Hill. There are two entrances to this upper scale neighborhood. It is also one of the more stable neighborhoods in terms of property turnovers -- the average property turnover rate is over 8.40 years. This means that there is not always a huge choice in properties for sale here.
