Ok, so the Sugarloaf Country Club homes are literally priced at 50% off, but in many cases as you look through the short sales and foreclosures in the neighborhood, there are many that are half or even a small bit more in some cases less than what the home was purchased for.  This is true of other neighborhoods like the River Club but Sugarloaf simply has more homes that are at the most deeply discounted they could possibly be.  Now is the time to act on these homes if you were thinking of moving into this neighborhood.
If you are in the market for a home you've probably already noticed that the homes are starting to eitehr increase in price or that there are overall less choices.  I'd be that Sugarloaf Country Club would be in this category by June.
