Even foreign investors are buying American. During this time of national distress on our housing market, the money from other countries is beginning to pour in while times are tough here so they can buy low and hopefully gain high.
 
Mexico is the top country of origin for foreign buyers purchasing U.S. Homes. The top destinations for foreign investors in the United States are:
 
 
1)      Florida: 31% of all home purchases are made by foreign buyers. Most of these buyers are from Cuba, Haiti, and Columbia.
 
2)     California: 12% of all home purchases go to this state and most are from Mexico, Philippines, China, and India.
 
3)     Texas. 9% of all homes by outside investors are coming from Mexico, India, Vietnam, and China.
 
 Our world is integrating and there will soon be more and more mixing of money and investments than ever before.
