Below is the 2011 4th quarter market report as it compares to 4th quarter 2010. Scottsdale is located off Royalton Rd. (Rte 82.) in Broadview Height between Broadveiw and State Rds. and is comprised of single family detached clusters, many of which have walkout basements.
These numbers (or lack thereof) are not that surprising for 4th quarter. I am sure there will be more activity to report at the end of first quarter and into second. It's as important as ever that if your home will be on the market, it must be super clean, wallpaper removed, walls freshly painted, carpets cleaned, and above all, competitively priced! Interest rates are still very low and buyers are looking but they still want the best house for the money.
