So Cindy "How is that Real Estate Thing Working Out For You?"
It's always fun to catch up with former business associates who you haven't seen in awhile.  Having left a lucrative business career to go into real estate full time a few folks were shaking their head.This week over a cup of coffee I was asked "how is that real estate thing working out for you?"  After a chuckle my response was just fine."But isn't it boring showing houses over and over again?"Let's see this week I've show foreclosures priced at $75,000 to homes listed for $1.4 Million and a few at prices in-between.  I've met with families who have to deal with 50 years of memories in a home to couples who are upside down on their mortgage.  Boring I don't think so."On TV it's show three houses and the couple buys one.  Isn't that the way it works all the time?"Would you like to talk to my clients who made 6 offers on houses before they finally landed a deal on their 7th try?"It sounds like this real estate thing is working out for you."
Yes I'm glad I made the change but I'll admit there is one thing I do miss from my old job.Really what is it?
