The NORTHEAST OREGON FOLKLORE SOCIETY offers a variety of dancing every Tuesday evening and on the 2nd Saturdays throughout the year.  No previous dance experience is necessary, as all dances are taught and partners are provided.  Tuesday dances:  donations encouraged, Saturday dances:  small admission at the door.  Call Mark for more info:  541-962-9355

EXPLORATION IN MEDIA     Four Thursdays,   February 9 – March 1  4-5 pm
 
In this class we will explore many new and non-conventional materials and put them to use with familiar drawing, painting, and sculpting media.  Many materials will be reclaimed items that would otherwise be passed over or discarded.   We will create some two-dimentional projects and some three-dimentional projects.  Ages 11-14.  Cost $30 members, $40 non-members.  Instructor:  Jessie Street.
