The average last list price was $309,496
The average sale price was $ 290,382
Highest sale price was $960,000
The lowest sale price was $113,000
The average days the homes were marketed was 135
The average settled price to original price ratio 89.66 %
The average settled price to last list price ratio is 94.04%
The homes were priced high and sellers had to reduce price as seen from ratios.
