As of February 8, 2012 27% of available listings in Tiburon are in escrow.
For the month of February 2012 9 homes sold (2 of which were distress sales) in Tiburon for an average final selling price of $1,825,833.
The average original asking price of these homes was $2,021,556.
The range of final selling prices was from a low of $650,000 to a high of $3,139,500.
Of the 9 homes that sold 1 sold at its original asking price, 1 sold over and the remaining 7 sold for less.
It took these homes an average of 127 days to sell.
