Katy Texas Hospital offering Stress Reduction Seminar
 
Christus St. Catherine Hospital in Katy is hosting a stress reduction and relaxation class through its “Mended Hearts “group. The class will be held on Wednesday February 22, 2012 and it starts at 6:00 P.M. and lasts until 7:30 P.M. The class is being held at the hospital which is located at 701 S. Fry Katy Texas in Classroom B on the second floor. The seminar will focus on providing relaxation and stress reductions tips and techniques. Light refreshments will be served.
 
This seminar comprises the next meeting of the “Mended Hearts” group which operates out of the hospital. This support group helps heart patients and their families/loved ones create and retain healthy and positive routines to be followed during everyday life.  The group uses education and interchange of members to accomplish its goals. Joining the group is easy as it is open to anyone who is dealing with the realities of heart disease of any shape or fashion.
