Spring Home Shoppers Warning
If you're thinking that this may be the year to make the commitment to residential independence, it's time to stop thinking and start acting.  You are not the only person who has a lease that is scheduled to renew in April or May, and you aren't the only one who is unhappy about the rent increase that will be coming along with a commitment to another year of temporary housing. 
Just like the airport the evening before Thanksgiving, the market will soon be filled with folks just like you, all trying to find the best entry level home value.  Like you, the others are also shopping on the internet, and like you, they have all found the one place that was deliberately under priced to attract all of you to the planned bidding war.  No matter how many homes are listed for sale, there is only one best deal, and you will need to be either very fast or very flexible, or both plus a little lucky if you are going to buy that home.
