I Heart ActiveRain Technical Support
ActiveRain Technical Support has been taking a lot of heat lately.  Overwhelmed with more than their fair share of snafus, they’ve dealt head-on with some complicated issues caused by recent changes and transitions.  As most of us know, many of these issues have triggered unexpected “pear shaped” problems from time to time.  And as a result, ActiveRain Technical Support has been on the receiving end of various complaints, rants, and venting episodes.  I know it’s been frustrating -- but we all seem to be surviving. I think ActiveRain Technical Support deserves some kudos and a little TLC.  For instance, today I filled out a contact form requesting information on an unrelated technical question.  From the time I hit “Submit” to the time I received a personalized response – a total of 25 minutes had elapsed.  Now, that’s what I call service!  You can’t get service like that everywhere!  Hey ... I can’t even get a pizza from Domino’s delivered that quickly! So, here’s a shout out to ActiveRain Technical Support.  I just wanted to show you guys a little love, and let you know how much I appreciate everything you do for all of us.  You’re Aces!  You’re Top Notch!  You’re ... more
