February 2012 Market Reports for Hamilton, Bordentown, Florence, Burlington and Cherry Hill, New Jersey
 
In a nutshell, low rates and low prices are fueling a bit of a jolt in residential real estate resales, especially in Hamilton Townhip, New Jersey.  Other towns are somewhat flat in sales compared with the last two February's, with the exception of Florence, which dropped off like a lead balloon.  The numbers in Florence will likely be made up in upcoming months.   The chart below lists the # of closings for each town, according to Trend MLS.
