Current market conditions show 27 new properties listed though only 15 properties are currentlyy under agreement. This trend indicates a buyers market; however, new listings (or the supply) often increases sharply in the early spring and is followed by stronger demand  in the summer.  I guess we will have to see if low rates and a slightly better employment will bring more spring buyers.
