Average list price - $446,000 Average sale price -  $299,000 List price is up 3.2 from a year ago and the average sale price of a home in Dublin schools is down 5.7% from February 2011.  Sales of homes in Dublin schools were up 27.6% in February 2012 and inventory was down, yet average sale price is still not rebounding.

Dublin, Ohio schools includes properties in Franklin, Delaware and Union Counties.
