Buying/Selling a Home in 2012: What You Need to Know
There is just so much you need to know when buying or selling in today's market. I love to educate people and help them to have a better understanding of the processes and what to watch out for. I thought you might enjoy the following post.
 Even with the positive news that seems to be surging through the real estate market today, when buyers/sellers take that first step when deciding to enter the market, they know they are entering a six year housing depreciation trend without a full year recovery. So how do you, as a client (or us as realtors) get to understand and be more comfortable with the real estate market? You must do some research. With six years of a steady decline in real estate, there have been those same six years of the internet information market booming.
