Active Rain, I don't mean to be unfaithful, but it's your fault.  When I started with AR, just about a year ago, I didn't know much at all about blogging, SEO or how to use the Internet to produce more business.  I was a true blogging virgin.  I had used the Internet for a gazillion things but not for my own business.
Ironically, after a year of digging through the AR archives, listening to AR webinars and reading great blogs by some really smart Rainers I can't hardly find time to blog or comment. 
There has been a lot of discussion about why the level of comments have declined.  I can say for me, "AR, it's your fault!"  Because of all the great things I've learned here I'm getting too busy to keep up.  I also realized that the great content here could be used for more than my real estate business.
I took the tools and techniques I've learned here, and I have used them on my second company.  They have produced the same results.  More business!  Of course, more business means less time.  It took 5.5 hours to get to my office today.  A lot of that ... more
