Tatum Ranch, a wonderful neighborhood in Cave Creek AZ continues to see marked improvement in all aspect of real estate sales.   Conveniently located at Tatum Blvd and Cave Creek Rd and built around the Cave Creek golf course, Tatum Ranch real estate has a lot to offer.
 
Currently, homes for sale in Tatum Ranch range in size from 1421 SF to almost 4000 SF.  The list prices are from $164,999 to $440,000, a price range to fit almost any budget.  ARMLS® statistics show there is a 2.33 month supply of current inventory based on the rapid sales which average only 72 days on the market for Tatum Ranch homes.  And, the best news of all for Tatum Ranch homeowners:  prices have INCREASED from an average of $213,000 to $220,250 in the last six months - a 3.2% increase in price.
