ART MAUI 2012--MARCH 26 THROUGH APRIL 20, 2012
The 34th Art Maui Exhibition will open this Monday, March 26, 2012.  This is a juried art exhibit featuring the works of local artists and includes every media you can imagine--painting, ceramics, photography, jewelry, video, woodworking, and quilting. 
In case you missed the Studio Maui weekends in February, this is an excellent opportunity to see what have been judged to be the best works of our local artists.  In total 327 artists registered 512 works of art for the exhibition.  The jury selected 144 works by 128 artists.  To see a complete list of the artists and their works, please follow this link:  Art Maui (selected works). 
The exhibition will be held at the Schaefer International Gallery in the Maui Arts and Cultural Center (MACC) in Wailuku.  Please visit the MACC between March 26 and April 20 and enjoy the amazing artistic abilities of our local talent.  The exhibition will be open from 11 a.m. through 5 p.m. daily, with extended evening hours before Castle Theater shows.  For further information, please visit Art Maui's website:  Art Maui.com.
