Prices have gone up with the average February sold price of approx. $300,000 versus January's average of $269,000.  This is the normal for February as real estate activity in January is generally light.  If you look at last February though, we are up almost 10%.  There were only 11 condos sold this February, so activity is still relatively light.
There are currently 74 condos on the market versus 65 this time last month with the average list price remaining relatively unchanged.  I expect activity and prices to continue to increase slightly as we get into the spring market for Sherwood Park real estate.
