Lemon Grove, California Brings Back Summer Camp 2012.

It's been almost a year since Lemon Grove cut its Recreation Department as it worked to save just over $260,000 each year. But as it did last year to the relief of many residents with young children the city will hold summer camp this year  2012. This year's camp for the first through eighth graders, will be held at the Lemon Grove Recreation Center at 3131 School Lane, Lemon Grove, California.

Hours will be from 6:30AM, until 6PM, at a cost of $95.00 weekly, $80.00 for a three-day plan and $35.00 for a single day. The city is offering a sibling discount weekly rates. Sessions are from June 25-29, July 1-6, July 9-13, July 16-20, July 23-27, July 30-Aug 3, Aug, 6-10, Aug 13-17, Aug, 20-24 and Aug 27-31.

Field trips include a visit to the Chula Vista Nature Center, Soak City and a Padres game. Registration begins April 15, 2012.
