If you have been following the series, you now know some of the biggest mistakes that are made in the life of a sales person.   
So, let me ask you a question.  What makes you different from your competition?  Often referred to as your "USP - Unique Selling Proposition"  you need to find a way to differentiate   yourself from your competition.
If you are a real estate agent, are you patient in helping the first time home buyer through the home buying process?   Are  you great at working with the transferred employee?   So, what is your specailty, what is it that makes you different?
If you are a loan officer, are you the one that takes the time to work with the first time home buyer?  Is it the investor that wants to flip a home?  

In closing the best advice is to identify your strengths and market them as assets.
