The Best Sushi in Baltimore is in Mt. Washington
 
Baltimore’s Mt. Washington neighborhood is home to many foodies, and it seems no coincidence to this writer that is also home to the very best Japanese restaurant in Baltimore, Sushi Hana. Feast your eyes on this crunchy tuna roll; it's both beautiful and delicious!

On any given night you'll find a local Baltimore celebrity dining at this hot spot, its common practice to slowly look around the room and see who turned up to dine. I like to go here for lunch with my mother and my best friend. Take a look at these outrageous sweet shrimp we ordered, my Mom ate the fried shrimp heads. I learned from Duff Goldman of Charm City Cakes (Mr. Ace of Cakes that is) that the "head is where all the flavor is". Maybe so, but I have not yet crossed that threshold.
