Las Vegas NV Area Short Sale Real Estate Market Report & Homes for Sale March 2012 (includes Henderson & North Las Vegas)




The absorption rate for Las Vegas Valley Area Short Sales appears to be swinging from a neutral market back to a seller's market as the new year approaches. Since last month:  Active Listing Inventory has DECREASED by -1001 units. Under Contract has INCREASED by +1077 units. Sold units have INCREASED by +57 units.
