2008 Arsenal
I don't have to mention Active Rain and Localism--its obvious to me that serious REsearch, REading, and Contribution is at the top of my list. Now, knowing that Active Rain is great, I'm still looking for more, information and more ways to provide added value to my clients, and of course, have more appeal to compatible prospects.
My top find so far is: National Association of Residential Real Estate Investment Advisors
Its packed with solid information, a forum and a very interesting referral program. I could tell you all about it, but everything I know, I picked up at their website. So, if you are interested, go there. I think it will be worth your visit. A NARREIA relationship could result in $$ for 2008 that some of us may have been walking away from in 2007.
Sidebar: There are at least 2 AR members, Damion Flynn, and Todd Clark for starters--who I think could go in as Advisors. Of course there are many other RREI specialists who are AR members that I haven't personally met through blogging who could qualify as advisors.
