Addison Texas Real Estate For Sale: Properties Listed in April, 2012
The total number of available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is just 60 (down from 71 last month). There are currently 23 single family homes for sale (1 of those is under contract), no half-duplexes, 17 condos, and 20 townhomes. There are also 2 residential lots for sale.  Now is the time to buy! 
Only 14 homes came on the market in Addison, TX in March 2012 (down from 20 last month). In addition to the homes below, there are another 48 that have been on the market for more than a month. Inventory is still very low!
