They are offering FREE dog spay and neuter services on every Saturday in May at Marva Bannerman Park. Appointments are required, and can be booked by calling 311. They are also offering FREE vaccinations (distemper, parvo, and rabies), along with FREE Frontline application, collars, and microchips.
I can’t even begin to express what a great deal this is, and all dog owners will recognize how much money this will save them. If your dog  is current on their shots and is spayed or neutered, please pass this along to everyone you know so that they can take advantage of this opportunity.
