The West Palm Beach real estate market stats are out for March and there is some very exciting interesting news.  Inventory of available homes are at 4.1 months which is down 62.4% compared to last year.  The definition of a balanced market is a 6 month inventory for West Palm Beach homes for sale.  So I am happy to tell you that this month, West Palm Beach real estate has something to celebrate.  Even better, if you are not a distressed seller, you are most likely seeing the benefits of a seller’s market even stronger.
