CASH IS KING! (WELL, SOMETIMES)

 
When applying for a mortgage to either purchase a home or refinance a home, a borrower must remember that the mortgage world doesn’t work like the real world……………….CASH IS NOT KING.
A “clunky” part of the underwriting process for a new mortgage can be when the borrower is using cash or un-sourced funds to facilitate the deal.  In today’s video blog, Milly talks about the instances in which clients need to bring money to the transaction and some of their common rebuttals.
