May 31st, 7pm-A Tuscan Wine Dinner at the Abbey!  Building on the overwhelming success of the Hess Wine Dinner in April, the second dinner will feature a heavenly pairing of central and northern Italian food specialties paired with very limited selection of Tuscan wines ranging from vineyards such as San Quirici, with their organically grown grapes to the noble Chiantis of Castello Di Bossi, and the sun-drenched Super-Tuscans of Poggio Al Tesoro, ending the soiree with the tremendous dessert wine of Vin Santo D’Altessi!  $85.00 per person plus tax and gratuity.
