Renting Vs Buying...........What Should I Do?
I believe it is great time to buy.
Last month I was attending Steve Harney's seminar here in Anchorage and he said a research group recently asked a 100 economic gurus what they really thought about the future of the real estate market? 
They took all the answers and calculated an average. It appears that over the next 2 years the economists believe that rent prices will increase up by $200/mo! Which put the scale even in a stronger position to buy.

Renting vs buying is a hot topic right now. The rental market is hot, so hot that rental prices are constantly increasing. Knowing that should be enough for people to decide to purchase!
What many people fail to realize is that even with the reduced property values of late, money invested in a home or condo is still the best decision. Homeownership is probably the largest financial investment you will ever make and that investment is safer than it would be in more volatile investments in stocks, bonds or mutual funds.
