Real Estate Is Changing

Times are changing. My customers are internet savvy and have already searched and searched the real estate market before coming to me and saying "They're Ready". They have spent hours on their computers looking at every detail of each and every listing. Studying the statistics of different neighborhoods, reading everything about the schools in the area they desire. When calling me, they are fully educated on the trends in their communities and bring their challenges to test me on the ins and outs of real estate as it is today. I welcome this. Embracing it is a show of times. Things have dramatically shifted to a new generation that know what they want and want it now. I find this a great thing and look forward to the next several years in this profession where the search for a buyers dream home or a sellers next phase is found. Real estate professionals and their clients working together, taking advantage of todays latest and greatest technology to get the deal done.
