Real Estate is Local and Hyper Local blog posts are a fabulous way to provide content for the folks who may just be your next potential client. From Subdivisions to Homeowner's Associations, and Local Businesses to Events, the consumer likes loves to learn about an area that they are considering making home.
I love my community and I love sharing that with the world.  I write at least two hyper local posts each week and my phone rings off the hook.  Sometimes, the voice on the other end of the line just wants to know about the hours of a certain business I wrote about or maybe they want to know what the bumper boat rates are, but sometimes.....
