What is the Best Way for Buyers to Remember a Seller's Home?

I read an interesting post this morning that discussed how real estate agents may vary their marketing budget according to the price point of the listed property. One of the topics mentioned was the use of brochures or flyers left by the listing agent in the home for buyers to take. This agent felt no matter what the price point, a brochure should be left for buyers.
While I do agree there should be a brochure for buyers, my motives are slightly different than other agents.
The question agents should be asking is:
What is the best way for buyers to remember a seller's home?

I used to print fancy brochures with multiple photos as a takeaway for visiting buyers. I'm not sure there is any real advantage to this method. Sellers like them because they can see where an agent's marketing dollars are spent. I'm not convinced this is the best way to promote a listing. Therefore, I have since stopped this practice.
