Greetings, everyone.  It's another great Orlando day- temperature's surely climbing (maybe 93 today), but not much in the way of humidity and not many clouds to mention.
 
The rental and leasing business, though?  That remains hot, hot, hot- and I see little relief in the hesitant tenant prospects' immediate future.
 
Viewing a property and "getting back to me" in a few days?  Chances are more likely than not that that place will be gone by the time I hear back from you.
 
Wanting to make an offer and try to snag a place for a price lower than advertised rent?  Can't see that happening when I've got 10 other folks willing to pay full price?
 
Looking to rent a 4-bedroom Lake Mary pool home?  You'd have better luck finding a little green fella with a shamrock on his hat and a pot o' gold in his hand.
