Here is something new from me..  Some of you know I am also licensed in California and I do list and sell real estate around Lake Tahoe and Truckee as well as Nevada.
 
Attached below is the updated short sale and REO listings list for the North Lake Tahoe area.  Another words, California.
 
Lots of activity since the last update of April 18, 2012, which I didn not get shared with you, so let’s get started.  I am going to do this every few weeks.  So stay tuned and check back often. 
 
 
On the short sale list we have 4 new listings, 5 price reductions, 6 new escrows and 5 sold listings.  The home at 9860 Yacht St. listed at $127,500 sold 05/11/12 for $127,500.  The home at 460 Red Cedar St. listed at $180,000 sold 05/04/12 for $179,000.  The home at 635 Rawhide listed at $299,000 sold 05/10/12 for $299,000.  The home at 775 Arch Way listed at $399,000 sold 04/27/12 for $359,000.  The home at 5865 Sudan Rd. listed at $475,000 sold 04/30/12 for $428,000.
